Steel conveyor belts can develop small edge cracks or longitudinal centre cracks, but we have the equipment and expertise to achieve to right result for you. From short term fixes to permanent repairs we aim to get you back up and running in no time.
Cracks can either be welded, polished and checked, a patching tool can be used to remove the affected area and a new disc can be welded in to remove the damages, or finally a new belt section can be inserted to remove the whole affected area. There will be a time and value saving repair to eliminate the damages.
