Pulley Vee-Sheaves
Cast sheaves and pulleys are catered for via our stock levels ranging from standard 400mm up to 1200mm in diameter. Bespoke sheaves and pulleys can be manufactured upon request to any casting requirements and specifications.
Support Rollers & Diablos
Internal and external belt supporting rollers can be manufactured to any design or material to ensure minimum belt interference whilst maximising belt life. 3D models can be produced upon request to ensure equipment integration, industry standards such as mild steel, stainless steel or nylon are fully catered for.
Skid Bars
PACE are able to design and manufacture your entire belt supporting elements from large cast iron skid bars to delicate nylon belt slides. PACE has an in-house 3D design studio to replicate the finished product to ensure product continuity and integration minimising down time.
Terminal End Drums & Shafts
With thanks to our in house 3D design studio, drums and shafts can be modelled to ensure integration with current machinery. With over 47 years experience, our designs have been optimised to ensure minimum impact during routine maintenance procedures.
Specialist drums and shafts can also be catered for along with specialist chilled calendar rolls.
Graphite Stations
Graphite bars deposit graphite onto the underside of the steel belt to decrease friction and ensure optimum performance of the conveyor.
