5 x 5 Wire Mesh Belts
The 5 x 5 Wire mesh belt is created from round wire and available in multiple wire gauges, materials, and apertures: from the finest meshes for precision manufacturing to wider apertures for standard baking processes. The apertures between the wire allow for excellent air and heat circulation to the underside of the product, whilst still ensuing the bend is flat, meaning that whatever your product, consistency is guaranteed. Furthermore, the apertures allow for easy cleaning, reducing costly downtime.
The belts are expertly manufactured to ensure perfect alignment, eliminating belt tracking concerns and downtime. Furthermore, panels can be manufactured to exact specifications of existing bands to replace damaged areas.
