Balanced Weave Conveyor Belts
Our balanced weave wire mesh belts are one of the most versatile belts on the market and are used in multiple industries. These belts work on the same principal as the chevron baking belt , however there are fewer spiral wires, meaning that there are wider apertures. This means increased airflow to the product, but less support. Depending on the application requirements our belts can be manufactured to your individual needs using both round and flat wire in multiple wire gauges, metal compositions, and dimensions. Balanced Weave belts are made of right and left spiral wire joined by a single rod per spiral row.
The belts are expertly manufactured to ensure perfect alignment, eliminating belt tracking concerns and downtime.
